A change of plans!

My mom and I are wrapping up our store on Etsy. She is retired and wants to do more sight seeing (traveling) and I have other plans too. We have loved working together to create wonderful bags and I will carry on the creative flow with a new shop. I know it may seem silly to change names now but it is a must. For those who know us as Corky and Spencer we appreciate your support, especially from our customers and friends.

A lot of crafters name their stores after their children and I think that is wonderful. I named our shop a long time ago, before I became a mom. Which I why I am naming my new store after my twin daughters, Lilian and Libby.

When I was little I really wanted to have twins when I got older. As I got a little older, 20's, I was thinking of the delivery of the baby and thought it would be good to have twins that would only have to do the delivery part once.This was when my friends started having babies and it looked so painful. By the time I hit 39 I really, really wanted to be a mom. My clock was ticking and I would have been happy with just one. I guess God heard my wish when I was little because that is what he blessed me with, twin girls.

I will be preparing and stocking for the next few months getting ready for a new launch. I will post for the new shop here until I get everything up and running.

I am not sure how to describe the feeling we get when people "favorite" our items!! It is such an undescribable feeling! Just to know people took their time to look at our bags and our shop makes us thrilled!!
My mom designed our Malea Tote bag after a friend of mine wanted a diaper bag with lots of pockets. She is the creative work force behind this bag and she does such a good job!
